NEO NUDISM
In the beginning of June I was assisting a friend Jasper Griepink with his exposition in Oslo, Norway. Part of the project was a visit into the woods outside the city where we spend a day on a nudist beach. That day changed our lives! Never before have I felt so free. Nudism is a great way to get rid of prejudice you have about your body thanks to media culture. This topic really shook our minds because being nude in public places is actually illegal! Why something so natural is treated as marginal? I love it how this picture plays with this question. The body suits save the nudist aesthetics while staying socially acceptable. But the meaning of the image balances on the edge of a blade.
